Easy Peasy Pizza
You will need…
Pizza Crust ( I prefer Mama Mary’s Thin and Crispy Crust-cooks fast!)
3 tbs Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper (to taste)
1-2 Cloves of Garlic (chopped or pressed)
¼ Cup or so of Marinara Sauce or Canned petite-diced tomatoes
Cheese of your choice
Basil leaves (chopped or whole)
Tyson Grilled Chicken (optional)
What to do…
Preheat oven according to pizza crust directions (usually 450)
In a small dish mix the olive oil, salt and pepper, and chopped/pressed garlic. Spread this on the pizza crust. Spread the marinara or diced tomatoes on top of that. Top with cheese, and basil leaves (chopped or whole) and chicken. Add any other toppings you think would be delicious. Pop this in the oven for 8-10 minutes. Dinner is done :)
