Hawiian Turkey Burgers
You will need…
Small can of sliced pineapple
½ cup dry breadcrumbs
½ cup of chopped red pepper
1 tbs. soy sauce (I use low sodium)
1 lb ground turkey
For serving:
¼ cup or so of teriyaki sauce

What to do:
Mix the breadcrumbs, chopped pepper, soy sauce, and ¼ cup of juice from the canned pineapple. Add in the turkey and blend it all together. I usually dig in with both hands and make sure its very blended and squished together. Make into burger patties.
Freezing:
I sprayed a little PAM on plastic wrap and wrapped each patty individually. I placed the pineapple slices in a separate baggie, then put all of the ingredients in a larger freezer bag, labeled, and placed in the freezer.
Preparing and Serving Suggestions:
Take out of the freezer a day or so in advance. I suggest grilling these patties, and grilling the pineapple slices at the very end. I serve on whole wheat hamburger buns, with the pineapple slices, and a little bit of mayonnaise.
