We have come to love our juicer. The one we have is not a fancy shmancy one, but does what we need it to do... makes juice! The Black & Decker juice extractor we have came from Walmart for about $31. (Here's the link)
We make juice as an added way to get nutrients into our daily food intake, and do not participate in juicing diets although the movie Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead was very eye opening.

Here is a recipe for one of our family favorites:
Ingredients:
- 4 Oranges- Peeled and cut smaller
- 6 Carrots- Peeled
- A bunch of baby spinach
Juice the spinich first so that the rest of the ingredients can continue to wash the nutrients through the juicer. I usually do the spinach then carrots then oranges.
And there you have it! Cheers!
